This Week from Mitch

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

I hope and pray that you are well. Soon, you will be getting letters and mailings announcing the start of our 2025 stewardship campaign. For those of you who do not know, St. Martin's is entirely funded by your tithes and offerings. Unlike many parishes, our endowment isn't used to pay operational expenses, all of it is earmarked for mission and ministry.

Your stewardship is a part of everything we do, from worship to service, to caring for each other, to caring for our grounds and so much more. The day-to-day life of our church depends on your giving.

As we move into stewardship season, please know that I am deeply grateful for your giving. Please also know that Denise and I give alongside you, as this is our church community as well as yours, and we love it. Soon you will be asked to pledge for the upcoming year, but you can begin to pray about your giving now. Jesus calls us to give our first fruits to the work of the kingdom. When you give to St. Martin's you allow us to do that work. Your gift is a blessing to St Martin's, it allows us to bless our community and each other. Thank you!

In Christ,

Mitch
