Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

Happy St. Martin's Day! This Sunday we commemorate the Feast of St. Martin, our patron saint. If you want to know more about him, listen to Caitlyn's podcast "Merry Martinmas".

We are CELEBRATING with a day of service and a party Tuesday night.

This Sunday, between services, we will be packing bags for Harvest Hope. We are also gathering food for both Harvest Hope and our Backpack Program.

Here's how you can help:

First, come and help pack food. The work will start at 9:15 in the Parish Hall. Come with a smile and love in your heart. Together we can joyfully serve our neighbors.

Second, when you come, bring canned goods! Bring non-perishable food items for Harvest Hope; and for the Backpack program, bring individually sized soups, fruits and vegetables that can be easily opened. We are doing our best to serve folks right here in the Midlands, our neighbors.

Finally, on Tuesday night, bring a side dish or dessert to share. We are going to have a much-deserved party. Stewardship is going strong; our attendance is back to pre-pandemic levels; our construction projects are on track. Let's celebrate! I hope to see you this Sunday and this Tuesday.
