This Week from Mitch

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

Vacation Bible School is right around the corner. It starts on Monday. I am excited to see the 25 kids who are signed up, not to mention our amazing youth volunteers and our parent volunteers who will all be a part of this fun week to come. The sounds of children playing, singing God's praises, and praying make me smile. I love Vacation Bible School for its tradition, its silliness, and its dedication to teaching the love of the Lord. If you want to see that the church is alive and well, swing by sometime next week before noon. See the kids, sing a song, and say a prayer. Thank you to everyone who has worked so hard to make this happen. You are all a blessing to this parish, and the week to come promises to be Spirit-filled.
